Myofascial Release
Addresses the three-dimensional web of connective tissue throughout the body. Restores fluidity, decreases pain and increases range of motion. Integrative, myofascial release represents the core of Hamid's work.
Certification in Advanced Myofascial Techniques
Rolfing inspired bodywork. Hamid has received certification in Advanced Myofascial Techniques through several hands-on workshops held by Advanced-Trainings.com.
Craniosacral work
The subtle, third rhythm of the body, separate from the breath and heartbeat. A gentle, hands-on meditation
